Remote Desktop: Disable Password Saving

I'm trying to disable password saving for Remote desktop clients connecting to a Remote desktop server. The connect goes through an SSL TS Gateway. I've used Group Policy to disable password saving (On the client machines), and it works, until I enter the TS Gateway connection info. (If I just enter the hostname, and nothing under the TS Gateway , it remotes the "save my password" checkbox.)

The client machines connect using Windows 7 SP1 and Windows ThinPC SP1 to a Terminal Server running Windows 2008 R2 SP1, and the TS Gateway is also Windows 2008 R2 SP1.

I've followed Microsoft's KB article, and I've ensured that the settings are updated in the registry as well. I've tried applying the policy to Users and the Computer, and neither work.

Thanks You for your help!

Looks like that KB is for XP and 2000 based computers.

Are these all domain machines, or will users remote in from external machines?

These are all non-Domain computers, and the users remote in from outside the network.

I was assuming it was the same directions, since all of the steps seem to be relevant to Win7. The real peculiar thing is that it worked on 1 Windows ThinPC, but I've tried it on 10 other machines (all with the same exact image), and it doesn't work.
