Remote Desktop Conference Style

I am working with 2 partners that are not that great at navigating a page as I talk them through different areas of our site. I would like to use a program that allows them to login to my desktop to see what I am doing. Can you tell me the best program to use with the following options:

-Able to draw on the screen using the mouse to where they can see it
-Able to give them control of the mouse to point and click on things
-Easy to log into without tons of hassle

I have used VNC viewer to do remote desktop to a server we ran, but I dont know if that would be sufficient for this project.

not bad, but too pricey for what we are doing and too powerful. A one time fee for software would be best, sorry I didn't mention price consideration.
 
yeah, thanks for all the help. VNC viewer did work for this application... I guess more leg work on my part next time 🙁
 
I use ultravnc quite often for remote assistance and training sessions. It has all the properties you were looking for.
