Remote control software?

I often get people asking me for help with their systems. It's usually really trivial things that can be fixed in a few minutes. It's takes me a lot longer to drive there and back than to take care of the problem.

So I'm wondering if there is any remote control software that is really easy to set up and use. Most of these people are quite helpless with computers. I'm familiar with PC Anywhere but it is definitely too complicated and expensive.

Yes, that would probably be good, if any of my friends had XP, which they don't.

But it's really only viable if you can use a TCP/IP (i.e., internet) connection. AFAIK you can't "dial in" to it like you can with PCA. But it might be worth a look since it is free.
