Remote Control PC / USB over Ethernet

I have a PC some 50' away from the monitor and keyboard/mouse. The monitor is connected to the PC via HDBase-T. The problem I have is connecting my keyboard/mouse to the PC. All USB-over-Ethernet extender require a direct connection (it can't go through a hub) but I don't have any additional direct connection available. My HDBase-T modules have a serial connection but only Tx/Rx/Gnd so it seems that won't work, either. What other options are there to connect my keyboard/mouse to the PC 50' away?
