I have a gas fireplace in the basement that is turned on and off via a standard single pole switch on the wall next to it. I'm wondering if there is a remote control single pole switch that could replace it (in a standard electrical box with standard house wiring) so that it could be turned on or off remotely. I have a Logitech Harmony 880 and figured I could add the fireplace control as a feature... Any ideas? Thanks!
EDIT: Remote for the switch would have to be IR or else it won't work with the Harmony 880.
