I've been looking around for an application for my Blackberry Tour or iPod Touch that will allow me to use the device to control the media functions of my laptop.

Is there any free software that does this?
 
Seems like this could do what I want. I downloaded the desktop app and the ipod app, and installed them both. When I run the app on my iPod Touch, it opens, then closes immediately.

Am I doing something wrong?
