i posted in the highly technical but maybe one of you could help.
i got a call from my uncle and cousin in law they have comcast service and vonage motorola vt2142 going through a airport router.
my CIL is trying to remote access a dell pc with his macbook but he isnt able to
the cm ip is a 76. but the macbook and dell get a non routable ip 10.
how would they go about getting this to work? i dont do vonage and i know how to remote access a pc to pc not cross platforms
any ideas?
