Hi, can anyone kindly explain for my own info, remote access understand we need UAG licences for everyone who wishes to remote access from home but only want access to email receive and send can I access through OWA and if so is it correct won't need UAG licence for everyone. I am not a techie but would appreciate the info thanks

Correct, OWA access is part of the base user license for Exchange for that user. As long as you have the proper user licenses for Exchange, OWA is a value add.

It's only Terminal Services, actual remote systems access, that is a separate licensing model entirely from the base active directory user CALs.
