Working on an idea.
I have multiple devices in another room that I need to console into via a serial cable. The current solution is having a workstation with a long serial cable and move the other end from device to device to console into each. I'm having trouble thinking outside the box here...I would love to be able to access any device from one remote workstation. Hopefully there is a way to choose which device to access without a hardware switch. A web interface would be ideal. I have come across these options...

These would work fine, I'm just looking for a LOW cost solution (company won't pay much). It seems you can make a Linux box for anything these days. Any thoughts?
