remote access to a network

Hello! I would like to be able to dialup to access a network. It is a university network, which my dialup connection is for also. There is a specific NT domain (and Netware server if possible) that I would like to access through Network Neighborhood on my PC (I have administrative rights to them). How could I do this? Thanks.

All you have to do is setup a RAS connection in NT4 to a computer on the network. This will allow you to dialup to it and authorize you.
