hey guys, been lurkin for a while and decided to post. My friend and I (who are both fairly computer literate but much more business-oriented) are thinking of starting a tech support firm for our area. We think we want to use a remote access program to help our potential clients, and we were wondering if you had any reccomendations. 
Odds are we're going to be helping people who don't know an IP address from a hole in the ground (so to speak) so anything with the lowest learning curve customer-side would be good. price isn't really an option (thankfully we have a good amount of capital to start this)
