Remote access a PC from a MAC?

my server in my house is a PC, and I was wondering if I could remote into it if i need to change something from my mac. I don't see anything in the utilities in the applications. I apologize i'm new with the mac.

VNC does it all...theres a mac client and if you set up a pc vnc server should be able to connect with the mac client

If you are using Windows XP Pro:

There's rdesktop for Linux, it could probably be made to run on OS X.

I use Chicken of the VNC as a vnc client on my mac. Never had any issues.
