I went ahead and trashed my VMs when the notice came out last month or so, I wasn't willing to risk any surprises.
 
Finally got the notice of my account cancellation. If there is one thing that I admire HP, is their customer service. The guy I spoke with, didn't even try to sell me anything, or try to keep my business. If anything, I may recommend these guys for my employer's future needs.
