When everybody is back to honoring the JCPOA I figure Iran will gladly talk about most anything. I wouldn't expect much in the meanwhile, other than noise.

If Iran was smart they’d simply wait until the Presidents last year in office and say.
Lift sanctions and give us 5 billion and we will give you a 1 billion contract to build a wall anywhere you want once you are back to being a businessman.
