Well, the cheeto-in-charge lied. again.
Surprised?

It turns out that everything was already in the works, as to the 3 players being released to go back home,
when trump called xi jinping (Feb 12th), the plan and the fate of the three players was already in place (Feb 10th).
"“It was important for [Chinese authorities] that the players were left back for a couple of days after the rest of the team flew home,” a UCLA source told ESPN. “We agreed not to say anything and not comment until they returned home. They wanted there to be some kind of punishment and avoid the perception that they got off easy. Their flights were switched from Saturday night to Tuesday night, so they were going back home 72 hours after the rest of the team. So, it wasn’t like we found out Tuesday morning they were coming home that day. We knew. That was already the plan Friday morning (Feb 10th).”"
From one of the liar-in-chief's tweets.
"It wasn’t the White House, it wasn’t the State Department, it wasn’t father LaVar’s so-called people on the ground in China that got his son out of a long term prison sentence - IT WAS ME. Too bad! LaVar is just a poor man’s version of Don King, but without the hair. Just think.."

As the article ends:
"So, there is our president, demanding credit for accomplishing nothing."
What a pathetic, despicable low-life.
