Gym Jordan tried to pull those very same mental gymnastics on Chuck Todd Sunday morning on MTP.

Well worth watching.
Jordan on MTP

These guys... these guys...
Just absolutely incredibly thick headed. Jordan refuses to listen, refuses to answer the question, and no matter how in error he is proven to be he still just talks his BS and BS and more BS. Jordan has got to be the worst. Absolutely the worst.

PS. One thing is for sure, these republicans are going to spend the next 2 years and millions of tax money to look under beds for boogiemen and chasing Q conspiracies. Right there in the Jordan interview, that is all he is concerned with and all he can talk about. Reminds me of the dog chasing his own tail, thinking if I could only catch my tail. Just a few more times around and I'll have you, you illusive furry tail.

I'm pretty sure no amount of walking in the woods or education is going to change what these people are going to try to accomplish the next two years. This is why I strongly disagree with moonbeam that there aren't evil people. These people are clearly fucking evil and no amount of camping or listening to waves lap up on the beach or walking in the woods or reading books or listening to enlightening podcasts is going to change a damn thing about these people.

They are evil. They are the enemy.

You never noticed that he just keeps bleating on, and constantly diverts? Gym's, a classic.

This reporter ties up the some of the loose ends of the Durham investigation, the why's and a very clear reason why the original investigation had started with Papadopulos, and had literally nothing to do with the dossier. Yea, FBI had very legitimate reasons to investigate allegations against Trump.

Durham's dud is worse than it looks — and now Trump suddenly doesn't want to talk witch hunts | Salon.com

What set off the Russia investigation was actions taken by one of the Trump campaign's foreign policy advisers in both Rome and London. Why the Trump campaign had one of its advisers in Rome and London, and why that official was in contact with a person with close ties to Russia would turn out to be the question that got the FBI involved.

Recall Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos. His contact in both Rome and London was Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese national who was involved with something called Link Campus University which had a presence in both cities. Mifsud also claimed to be a professor at the University of Stirling in Scotland and the London Academy of Diplomacy. As part of his involvement with these academic institutions, Mifsud apparently found it necessary to travel frequently to Russia where he became friendly with a man called Ivan Timofeev, a director of the Valdai Discussion Club in Moscow, as well as the Russian International Affairs Council. According to what Mifsud told Papadopoulos, Timofeev had the ear of Vladimir Putin, and might be able to set up a meeting between Putin and Donald Trump. Papadopoulos reported this back to campaign headquarters in New York and was told by Steve Bannon to keep pursuing the possibility.

Lol the Durham report released.
I’m sure that the people who were up in arms about the expense of the Mueller investigation that yielded nearly three dozen indictments and numerous felony convictions of Trump administration and campaign officials must be even angrier that Durham’s investigation, that lasted twice as long, yielded one minor conviction with no jail time, two acquittals on spurious charges, and no meaningful recommendations.

Lol. Brandonbull, are you ok? Has Durham become woke?

They are happy because Durham said the Steele Dossier was shit & Justice Department had no reason to investigate a Russian connection however they should have investigated Hillary because “reasons”.
Deplorable’s are happy as pig in shit right now.

Maybe, but that’s because they are desperate to spin reality to coddle their feelings.

I don’t get the purpose of saying ‘but Trump supporters won’t care!’ They were never going to care and nothing we do will make them care. They are a distinct minority though.

I will probably have breakfast with a hardcore deplorable on Saturday remind me & I’ll give you an update.
I have said it many times, I am fluent in deplorable. I know how they think, being right about *something* is a huge success to them. They have been told their entire lives they are idiots. They really like it when someone tells them they were right.

Oh definitely. For example that whole whistleblower thing there the House couldn’t produce any evidence and their ‘whistleblower’ disappeared. Their conclusion was it was bullshit? Absolutely not. They now think the whistleblower(s) were murdered.

They can’t handle contrary information. Their egos are too fragile.

They are taught not to think for themselves as that would give them control over their own minds, something of which their political leaders are always attempting to prevent from happening. So when confronted with the need to actually think for themselves as a Republican, all they can respond with are the usual talking points issued to them by their political cadre or get confused and tongue tied when asked questions that would provoke the need for abstract thinking.

Those folks are conditioned to have others do their thinking for them. Critical thinking skills become victim to atrophy, which is exactly the mindset scammers like Trump and DeSantis imbue their followers with.

I don’t buy the idea that they are rubes led around by the nose. If anything I think the opposite - Fox News is clearly terrified by their audience. Their audience demands lies so conservative media supplies lies.

The 'steele dossier' was never completed and should never have been a part of this mess; i forget the details of how it ended up in FBI hands but vaguely I think someone forced its premature release. From day one the author said it was unconfirmed intelligence with some sections having low probability of accuracy and others more likely (though these details were ignored by all involved from day one).

What I don't like about Durham final report is that it gives just a meat for the republicans to run wild. Someone in the Trump campaign was clearly in touch with someone who had access to the Russian hackers who stole the dnc data since they knew the time frame 'stuff' was going to be released and Trump was able to state such on live tv. I'm not with the FBI so i don't know if this fact alone is enough to warrant an investigation but it is pretty shitty behavior to openly encourage and talk about foreign interference.

Anyway it is what it is and we've come to the point where the Republican party if the party that openly support lawless behavior.

Oh please let us know! I'm sure he will have a crowd sourced excuse or conspiracy. Like Durham is part of the deep state.

The dossier was never intended to be a report. It was a compilation of raw intel and as with all raw intel hasn't been fully vetted.
