I signed up for the account like over a year ago, and I have never logged into the account. I am using the username/password that I always use for free/non-important things like that.

It's not working... Do they disable your account if you didn't use it?

yes. your user name that you have to use to login is a #. thats one thing i dont like about them. I'd like to be able to make my own userid

You know, I could never get mine to work. I couldn't log into the FTP, and never got around to figuring out why.

They sent me my customer number when I told them my email (replied in about 5 min. )

I just changed my DNS, so we'll see. I guess I could try to FTP in...

Do they happen to have fantastico support? I'm looking for a host for the parent-in-laws to run Gallery off of, and it'd be nice if I didn't have to bother installing it myself.

Are you kidding? The answer is no.

If you're looking for a cheap web host who offers an auto installer here are my two suggestions:

HostPC.com uses the superior DirectAdmin control panel with Installatron.

Telnap.com run by fellow AT'er DeviousTrap uses the uber popular cPanel Fantastico. His prices are very very affordable.
