WTF? WWII decreased the number of Nazi's. The Iraq war seems to have increased the number of terrorist attacks.

I think some regret and dismay are in order rather than an excuse blaming the messenger. Once you get that base covered, if you'd like to move on to explaining how in your worldview that a rise in the number of terror attacks is anything but a negative development that would be fine. If you're really feeling adventurous, perhaps you could venture a wishful theory on how this might be a temporary blip up in an otherwise down trend, and why you consider your approach to still be working.

That's because we set the unconditional surrender of Germany as a benchmark for our success. Since there's no "Peoples' Republic of Terror" which can surrender to us, I'd be quite pleased if you could offer an alternative method to benchmark our progress on the WoT apart from examining the number of terrorist attacks taking place over a given time period.

Probably quite a few, the Neo Nazis(aka the Skinheads) have GROWN in the past few decades, they are all over Europe, Russia, and Even the United States,

In the U.S., neo-Nazi Skinheads have been responsible for up to 45 murders during the last two decades. Some even dream of starting a race war in this country

I'm guessing thats more Nazi murders in the US after WWII than before.

I totally agree, my remarks are only trying to prove that drawing a relation between WWII and the War on Terror is completely ridiculous.

My favorite part of the artticle is, "Powell attributed the errors partly to a new data system and said there was no attempt to manipulate the figures to buttress Bush's argument." Nothing like pointing the finger somwhere else! Aren't politics great?
