Well i just got paid.

Your payment of $14.59 as a short-form fund claimant in the In Re PayPal Litigation class action lawsuit has been credited to your PayPal account. No further action is required for you to claim these funds.

so if you remember filing a claim a while back, expect some money from paypal in the bear future
 
Got mine this morning too, $14.95.

Better than nothing. It will be spent by this weekend anyways, maybe i'll get lucky and it will just cover shipping for a $1.99 item 🙂
 
Im surprised they didnt pay everyone with a cc so they could take their % off the top of each settlement 😉

I've been with them since the beginning.. they must owe me something🙂

The deadline for filing a claim was January 8, 2005. Claim forms are currently being processed. Vouchers will be mailed to class members shortly after any appeals have been resolved. Several appeals have been filed. We cannot estimate how long it will take to resolve the appeals.

I know Apple has filed one of the appeals. They complained that the $1.1 billion California settlement "wasn't enough." :roll:

You'll probably have to call the number at the bottom of the FAQ. I know that people in other states have already received the vouchers.
