Does anyone have that # for the New York Times offer for the paper showing 09/11. They charged my card but I never got it.

I got charged initially too and never got the paper. I called them a 2nd time and was assured I'd get the paper that time. Never got it. Finally in December (I ordered the paper about 1 week after the 9/12 paper came out) I received the paper after calling a 3rd time to get the paper. It was shipped via Priority Mail since I had waited so long. I think NYTimes got flooded with requests for the 9/12 paper and were a little unprepared for such a huge influx of customers.

Why don't you call the NYT? I am sure they can either tell you when it shipped, or send a replacement.
