Snoring is a problem. Tried the nose tape, tried the mouth insert, mouth sprays, even tried the watch that wakes you when you start snoring. Anyone have any great remedy for a snorer?

I was wondering that since noise canceling is so popular, is there such a thing as noise canceling snoring? Even if it canceled out 70 or 80 percent of the noise, that would be great. I think that would be a great add on to any alarm clock.

Any thoughts?

Lose weight, get a sleep study done.
Sleep study for sure. Lots of things can cause snoring.
-don't be fat
-sleep on your stomach instead of your back
-get surgery if you have a deviated septum (totally worth it)

If you're skinny and you still snore, look into getting surgery. You won't regret it.

To stop snoring I would roll over on my stomach. But then I started getting complaints about the snoring coming out from my other orifice.
