Remanufactured Toner. Do you use it?

I have an old HP 3330 printer/fax/etc laser printer that the toner needs to be replaced on. We always use remanufactured toner at work and people complain a lot about it but I've never used it at home. But of course I can get an official HP cartridge for $60+ or a remanufactured one for $20...

Just wondering if people here have good luck with the reman'd toner or if you stay with authentic stuff...

The 3300's use the same cartridge as the HP 1200 series. You can buy toner refill kits from dubber toner on ebay for about $35 IIRC for 4. I've bought several things from them and been very pleased.

His instructions are for companies that refill, you just need to drill into the toner hopper and pour it in. I'd recommend refilling HP carts though, never had much luck refilling remanufactured carts.

Do parts of the original toner cartridge wear out that after using a refill long enough eventually you'd need a new whole cartridge?

Like said below, yes. But a 7115X cart will give you like 3500 prints, but the drums will last about 10k+ from my experience. So you can get 3 or 4 refills out of it. Which is why I only refill "virgin" HP carts.
