Remanafactured LCD? What should i expect?

What should i expect getting an Remanafactured LCD?
I recently purchased a dell 1701FP and it's dead pixles got to me so i returned it and got a Samsung 17" one and the darn thing had a few dead pixes and some faded areas... What shuold i expect is this normal?
Any and ALL suggestions welcome
