What do you get the most joy out of hearing about? For me, it's remakes by a small margin because sometimes remasters are actually worse in some ways than the originals (just one example, Capcom using lower quality audio in the Devil May Cry 3 remaster than was in the PS2 game).
Anyone know if the scene in which you fight Rolento in the remaster of RE4 is the same as the Gamecube version? If it's like the PS2 version instead, then that's a serious miss.
As for reboots, I generally don't like them because I tend to be more conservative (i.e., I loved the way the original Mega Man series sequels were done). OTOH, Devil May Cry 4 wasn't as good as 1 or 3 and I've never played Lords of Shadow or DmC so I guess I really shouldn't be so prejudiced.
