Remake a DVD to always loop?

I used DVD Shrink to make a demo disk with a bunch of different scenes, the downside is it sets each scene as a different title. For some DVD players this is fine, but I need it to loop the disk, some DVDs have Disc repeat, but many only have Title repeat, which makes it repeat the same scene over and over. Is there any software you guys know of that I can either A) Change it from seperate titles, to one title just seperate chapters. Or B) Add a loop into it that causes it to kick back to Title 1 after the last Title.
