Relocation software?

I have an old computer that still runs, but the hard drive sounds like its chirping. I was thinking of just buying a new hard drive for it, but the os came pre-installed. I know there is software that moves everything to a new computer.

Is there any software that will move everything to a new drive in the same computer so I can just get rid of the old one?

Most new drives will come with an utility that will copy files from an old drive to a new drive or you can download an utility from the company web site.

For paid items,
Ghost and Drive Image are the ones most use.
