Don't live in Colubus, but I have some family that does, and as a result, I'm down there now and then. I do know traffic on I-70 is really nasty sometimes, but I'm used to our more or less sane (yeah right) drivers up here in toledo. If you're looking for a decent deal on clothing/luggage/such you could check out the JC Penny and Eddie Bauer outlets down there. The JC Penny one is fairly visible, and good deals aplenty. Not sure offhand where the Eddie Bauer one was, but I do remember they had a fairly large selection of stuff as well.

I live in Columbus. Traffic can be bad all around town at times. Its a great city in my opinion but I never lived where you are now so I can't compare it :)

I've lived in and around Columbus for a while, anything you want to know, drop me an email.

Columbus is a pretty nice city, but it's going through growing pains right now traffic-wise. If you don't have to be downtown for work though, it's nice. It's close to lots of other places, so you can always take a quick jaunt to other cities for some variety. It's not a huge metropolis (which is good), but it's big enough to not be 'the stix' either (about 1.5 million in Columbus and surrounding areas).

What part of town are you considering working in? Looking for an appartment? House?

Anyway, like I said, drop me an email if you want to know about Columbus.
