Releiving a headache

What exactly do you guys do to releive headaches, besides taking medicine? I usually just "squeeze" the skin between my thumb and index finger and ... dunno.... it temporarily dies.

Reason im bringing this up is i'm doing this right now, but that 'trick' doesn't work for a long time , and it's kind of annoying keeping your hands like that.

Excedrin is the only one that kills it quickly. Maybe it's the caffeine in it.

I prefer Excedrin over ibuprofin, etc.

Eating helps kill headaches when you have missed a meal. Water as well, when dehydrated.

Also if your too hot, like when wearing a sweater, turtle-neck, etc can cause headaches which can be relieved with cooling down with cold water or ice pack.

I think I can count all the times I've had a headache on one hand, and it only lasts for like 2 minutes..

I put my testicles in a bench vise and crank the handle down.

It doesnt help the headache, but it sure makes it seem insignificant.

Excedrin rules.... it's fast and kills it every time.

i think it's bad to let the headache go too long cause it could get real bad. nip it in the bud with an excedrin. i just take one and it does the trick.

I wear my tinfoil hat at all times so I don't get headaches. Headaches are caused by the governments mind reading/mind controlling technologies. SPREAD THE WORD!

Sex can help headaches, but often can make them much worse too (it's a known fact).
Same with alcohol and marijuana (though usually worse w/ alcohol, and usually better w/ marijuana).
Water can help. Most people are deyhrated.
Tylenol (Goodys is powder tylenol) never helps mine. Four Ibuprofen usually helps if I catch it early. Excedrin is tylenol (yes I know it's a brand name), caffeine and aspirin. Excedrin Migraine is the exact same thing.

A very hot wash cloth can help.

I had migraines for 15 years but don't get many anymore. I don't have time to go into it much right now.

If all else fails, Valium.

Advil Extreme Migraine works well for me, but otherwise, Extra-Strength Tylenol is good as well.

Is there such a thing? I can't find Advil Extreme Migraine anywhere online, even Advil's website. If you mean Advil Migraine, it's just Iboprofen in a liquid capsule form.
You can also just chew up regular Iboprofen (doesn't taste great).

No Goody's is 260mg acetaminophen (tylenol), 520mg Aspirin, and 32.5mg caffiene.

For me, usually 400mg of generic Walgreens brand ibuprofen AKA "Walprofen", and a can of Mountain Dew (the caffeine really helps, mountain dew has about 65mg of caffeine per can, which I am pretty sure is the same amount of caffeine as Excederin.) Sometimes a second can of Mountain Dew is consumed if the headache drags on or does not improve. This works pretty much all the time for me except for when I had a sinus infection and terrible sinus headaches.

Are you by any chance referring to Accupressure (not puncture). I have seen people do it but never looked into the details of it.

Oh yeah. Sorry, been 15 years since I've taken some. So it's powdered Excedrin. Not very much tylenol or caffiene though. And not sure I'd want that much Aspirin by taking two.

The cheapest place I've found for Ibuprofen is Dollar General, the larger of their two bottles (200 tabs I think) being even cheaper than WalMart's Equate brand.
