This one might be better because the remake was so horrible it's hard to imagine they could make another movie as equally shitty. Besides that, they aren't remaking a classic this time around.

What's with Hollywood trying to remake classics anyway? Why don't they remake shitty movies instead? Hey Hollywood. How about remaking Battlefield Earth? That way nobody can say "It sucked compared to the original." because it's virtually impossible to remake that abortion any worse than it already was.
