Does it work on dial up?
I use it on my satellite connection but a friend is having troubles with his dial up. Does it work on dial up?
 
Release renew provide help when you have LAN and you want to refresh the local IP.

There is No local IP with Dialup so there is No point to do it.

I do not know why you want to do it, but with Dialup disconnect and Re-Dial.
