Release date of Accelero S2

This thing is getting great reviews and for those of us who are shooting for a silent PC build and jumped on the $75.00 eVGA 7600 GT from the 'egg, this makes it extremely enticing (20 bucks cheaper than gigabyte passive).

Anyways, I've seen the pics from CES '07 - but so far no retailers that I know of even have a preorder for this thing. Any ideas?

If it fits a 6800GS...I'd say I want one just to replace this POS ceramic bearing fan that AC supposedly said has a 6 yr warranty and 100000 lifespan....
