Relatively Good, Relatively Cheap Modular PSU?

Going to be putting together a lanbox in a Sugo f104 (a tiny, tiny mATX case) with a Q9400, HD5770 and I NEED to have a modular PSU ( Sugo simply won't work with a standard PSU). However, since this is not going to be my primary gaming PC, I'm going to be using mostly spare parts and if I'm not using spares I'm going cheap (CPU/Case/PSU are pretty much the only things I need to buy).

My previous LANbox had a nice ModXStream 600w (which I got on sale at the local Microcenter for $50), but that entire computer ended up going to my GF and I'm not about to be an indian giver and rip the PSU out.

So if you have any suggestions regarding a nice modular PSU that's fairly inexpensive (looking for the $50 dollar range + maybe $25) I'd like to hear it. I know, I know "nice", "modular" and "$50" don't generally go together, but if anyone knows about some blow out sale or crazy deal or a diamond in the rough let ATPS know!
