Relationship development in business

Alright, I have a project due about relationship development as part of a group. My part is relationship development with regard to business and I have *no clue* where to look for info. Anyone here know of some resources, or has something to share from personal experience, or know how I can relate business relationship development to Knapp's model? Thanks for anything.
