My middle child became an adult and left home.there was a layoff at a job I'd held for over 10 years,I took the buyout package and changed careers,I ended a long term relationship, lost weight, started exercising etc


I don't know if I "convinced" myself to do anything,it was kind of like a domino effect,one big change caused a slew of others🙂
