does it let me re-download / install if I have to wipe my OS and reinstall everything? Not sure how download purchases (no-disc) work. Is there a limit to the number of times I can do this? Thinking they'd have some way to prevent me from potentially distributing my game to others so was wondering.

I just want to get off Vista and onto Win7 at least.
