reinstalling old ultra66 bios?

I know I can roll back the driver in my device manager if the newest driver/bios are installed but can I go back to my old bios?? I know during installing the new bios the first thing they do is type in a:\ulbios.old and then it will say Backup Success.. then I will type in the new bios file name and it will install them.... does this mean if there is problem and I need to go back to my old ultra66 bios I can just roll back the drivers and then reboot to the floppy I should then skip the part about saving old bios and just go to step two which is installing the old bios by typing in a:\ulbios.old when it is time to install the bios... I know it sounds like a stupid question but I cannot find anything at Promise's tech site about reinstalling the old bios and I hate to go into something blindly... thanks all in advance!!!
