reinstalling notepad on windows 98?

control panel > add remove programs > windows components > accessories...whatever. look around.

Notepad isn't "installed"
Just get someone to send you notepad.exe from another Win98 (Or 95, or probably any 32bit version of Windows) and replace.

no i didnt break notepad.. but yes my friend does deserve an award.. he deleted notepad.exe...
