Reinstalling an MMC snap in?

When I right click my computer, manage, then I look at what I have to select, Local Users and whatever is not there. Is there a way to reinstall this MMC? It is really screwing up a lot of things. I already checked for various viruses and spyware and there are no left over.

Please advise.

Yes there is a way. In fact you can add anything you want in computer management just like in mmc. Go to Start/Run and write compmgmt.msc /a. Now you can alter computer management. Just go to File/Add/Remove Snap-in and in the Standalone window, near Snap-ins added to choose Computer Management (Local) then press Add and choose what ever you want. Good luck!
