Reinstalled XP Acer Netbook, and Wifi Disappeared

I bought a Acer netbook second hand off someone, and the first thing I did was reinstalled Windows XP Home using an OEM disc I had and the COA off the bottom. Foolishly I did not test the wifi prior to this. Now after a clean install and every driver I can find for the netbook being installed it does not show a wifi adapter. In device manager nothing is missing. There is a little flip switch on the front of the netbook and no matter how many times I flip it, hold it, whatever the light stays amber and nothing happens. Now I did notice if I have device manager open and flip the switch the device manager refreshes but doesnt see or change anything. Any ideas????

Model is Acer Aspire One A0A 150

Acer Website -> Support -> Downloads -> Netbooks -> Aspire One -> AOA150 -> Drivers

Alternatively, use the wired LAN, goto Windows Update and check for updates using the Custom option, not Express. Should provide drivers for most (if not all) devices.
