Reinstall Windows? Asus Nforce 430 board to MSI 430 Board?

I'm switching from an asus motherboard based on the nvidia 430 chipset to one made by msi. It is the same motherboard, just a different company. Would it be necessary to reinstall windows to do this or would it be the same drivers so a reinstall is not necessary. Thansks, Rob
 
i believe that since it is the same chipset you do not have to reinstall windows to get it to run. however, if you have the time for a clean installation it would be good to clean out any excess drivers/software.
