Reinstall Outlook on XP

I'm having a problem with the address book in Outlook Express on XP. When I open the address book within Outlook Express it gives me an error to go reinstall outlook express. But how do I do that? OE is built in to XP and theres no add/remove for it. Anyone?
 
i dont use outlook express in XP but is there any kind of repair function on the CD? you might want to try that. perhaps you can repair OE. good luck.
