Your best bet would probably be distilled water and some well placed invocations of osmotic pressure.

I usually just use a needle and pump the water in. Be careful not to over fill it - you'll end up with a plum, eggplant, or watermellon.

Easy - leave the raisins on your doorstep with a 20, and they'll magically turn into grapes in the morning! :)

If the grapes are gone, your neighbors probably took them.

One cup raisins
Two cups water
1/4 cup sugar
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then drain.

Used in several desserts! :)
