I usually crank the broiler up for ~5 min then toss the pizza in for ~5 min then switch it from "broil" to "bake" for ~5 min. It gets a more even reheat that way, IMO.

Just make sure you don't get your pizza from a major chain. Small places are almost always better. Best pizza in the Gilbert, Queen Creek area: Mozzarelli's Pizza and Wings. Good stuff but the crust is just a bit too thick to truly be New York style.
