Here is the info from the original listing. Looks like it was week 9 from Costa Rica but I never noted the exact batch code:
***SOLD***P4 2.53 GHz @ 3.23 GHZ++ (default voltage...1.525V)
I am selling a P4 2.53 GHz CPU that will run 3.23 GHz/170 FSB with 1.525v (default). This is one of the newer "multiple vid" chips that Intel is making. These results were obtained using a P4B533 and an Alpha 8942 heatsink (with 36cfm fan). The voltages stated above and below are as set in the BIOS. The P4B533 normally undervolts by about 0.025v - 0.05v so if your motherboard has good voltage regulation you might be able to get the same results with less voltage.
I will guarantee 3.23 GHz @ default voltage provided that your system can hanlde the higher FSB's and as long as you are using cooling that is equivalent to or better than the Alpha. It has been extensively tested using Prime95, CPUburn, and 3DMark2001. However, the guaranteed speed is somewhat of a conservative figure. As long as your system can hanlde the higher FSB's you should be able to run at 3.325 GHz/175 FSB with about 1.525 - 1.55v. Also, I was able to run the CPU overnight for about 500-600 screens using 3DMark2001 at 3.42 GHz/180 FSB using 1.6v. It may need a bit more voltage to run at this speed since it had gone back to the desktop when I got home 10-12 hours later. Update: I was able to run 3DMark2001 through 1600 screens last night at 3.325 GHz/175 FSB at 1.525v with CPUBurn running in the background. I stopped it that point so I could get back on that computer.
The CPU was pulled from a brand new Dell system This is an OEM CPU (without heatsink). I will provide a 7-day warranty on the CPU. If anything happens to the CPU between 7 days and 1 year I will do my best to help you with a replacement but can't make any guarantees.
This is a Costa Rican chip from week 9 of this year. I don't have the complete FPO/Batch number but it starts out as 3309Axxx-xxxx).
