Regular PC3200 RAM in Dell 400SC

Just want to know if anyone ever try using regular PC3200 RAM in the Dell Poweredge 400SC. If so, did it work?

Thanks.

It works. You don't need ECC ram. Regular ram will work fine. Check out the unofficial 400sc faq for more info.

If you go to the FAQ, scroll down more than halfway and it will list all the different brands that people are able to use in their 400sc's. Personally, I have some Dual Channel Kingston PC3200 in one and then PC2700 Samsung (non dual channel) in another and they both seem to run fine.
