Registry tweak for Win98SE?

Anybody know how to get rid of the log off option in Windows 98 without installing some sort of third party registry tweaker like TweakUI?
 
Well the original TweakUI included on the Win95 CD was from MS. What I want to know is how do I do the disable logoff tweak manually using regedit.
