Registry Network issue

I installed and then uninstalled IE7. I can get anywhere on my network except I can't get into shared folders on my slave computer. I get a standard issue error, but I really don't think that is the problem. I think I need to fix the registry as something bad got stuck in there. I've tried a number of share fixes and none work. Also I noticed that I can't see icons on my roboform toolbar anymore so I"m trying to reinstall it.
