I recently noticed that on my computer which is running on Windows 2000 professional operating system when I go to minimize a program it no longer does a quick drag down to the taskbar it just disappears on screen and and is located on the taskbar.

Not a big problem just something I have noticed. Does anyone know what controls these functions in the registry?

Something might have gotten deleted or changed and I'd like to know how I can restore it.
