This is in regards to this previous thread, as well as this one.
I have a list of registry tweaks and edits that I use to improve (atleast in theory) performance in windows. One of these is the 'Improved Memory Management' which sets the second level cache for windows. It is normally set to 0. I finally got my machine up, and I did the registry edits on my wife's machine, so I'll see if there is a difference in that. I'll post what I find on that later.
Here is a list of all my tweaks. I just did up a quick, simple page real quick. If you want something added, or have a suggestion for another one, by all means, please let me know.
