Registry Editing - IE When to check for new page settings

Howdy,

There's a setting in IE under Tools/Internet Options/Settings where you can set how often you want IE to check for a new copy of a stored page. Does anyone happen to know where in the registry that is located? We need to change that setting on a whole bunch of PCs and creating something that can go in under WinNT and Win2000 under All Users/Default User and change that setting to force it to be "Every Time" would save us a lot of time from having to do it manually.
